California Offers Incentives Through Its
Self Generation Incentive Program (SGIP)

The CPUC's Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) provides incentives to support existing, new, and emerging distributed energy resources. The program provides rebates for qualifying distributed energy systems installed on the customer's side of the utility meter.

Advanced energy storage systems qualify, however a UL1973 module is just one of the requirements to qualify for the incentive.  e-On Batteries is a US design and LifePO4 module cellpack and module assembly facility and provides 6.4kWh to 2.6MWh DC blocks for energy storage systems that include integrated battery management systems for 48V to 1000V applications.
To qualify for the SGIP, the developer must use listed equipment on the Go Solar California Website. We are proud to be the first listed battery on the list requiring UL1973 as a qualifying measure. You can see a list of qualified equipment at:

e-On Batteries builds Energy Storage System products for both utility and commercial developers to be utilized as backup power, baseload power, and a variety of other ancillary services.
